Tribu Space - Breathwork Sessions & Retraining/Mentorship Programs

By booking a session, private mentorship, or training with Ana Balbuena or Tribu Space you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before scheduling.

1. Booking Requirements

All 1:1 breathwork sessions and mentorship sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This allows time for proper preparation and ensures you receive the full benefit of the work.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduled sessions must be moved to a new date within 7 days of the original booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: no refund is issued, but you may apply the session credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows: the session is forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Mentorship Package (4 Sessions) — Consistency Requirement

Our 4-session mentorship package is designed as a progressive program, and its effectiveness depends on consistent, timely engagement. By purchasing this package, you agree to the following:

• The first 3 sessions of the package must be booked and completed within 30 calendar days of your start date.

• This time frame is essential to maintaining the momentum and continuity of the mentorship process.

• If the first 3 sessions are not completed within this 30-day window, any remaining unused sessions in the package will be forfeited, even though they have been paid for. No refund will be issued for forfeited sessions.

• The 4th (final/integration) session is exempt from the 30-day window and may be scheduled at a mutually agreed later date, in line with the natural pacing of the program.

• Standard booking (48-hour advance) and cancellation/reschedule (24-hour) rules above apply to each individual session within the package.

We strongly encourage you to schedule all sessions in advance at the time of purchase to avoid losing access to paid sessions.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, it will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session will be considered used. 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergency or serious illness, please contact us as soon as possible - exceptions to this policy may be considered at our sole discretion, but are not guaranteed.

7. Health Disclaimer

Breathwork and mentorship sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By booking, you confirm that you have no medical condition that would make breathwork unsafe for you, or that you have consulted a physician and been cleared to participate. Tribu Space is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from participation.

8. Accuracy of Information & Disclosure of Substance Use

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information on any intake form, questionnaire, or verbal consultation prior to and during your sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, medical history, mental health history, medications, and use of substances (including alcohol, recreational drugs, nicotine/smoking, and other substances that affect breathing, heart rate, or nervous system regulation).

Substance use and smoking can materially affect breathing capacity, physiological response, and the safety and effectiveness of breathwork practices. Full disclosure of this information is required, especially for ongoing programs, mentorships, and trainings, where session-to-session progress depends on an accurate understanding of your baseline condition.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• Withholding or falsifying information on your intake form may compromise your safety and the effectiveness of the work, and is done at your own risk.

• Tribu Space is not responsible for outcomes, adverse reactions, or lack of progress resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

• We reserve the right to pause, modify, or decline to continue sessions or a program if undisclosed factors (including substance use) are identified that may affect your safety or the integrity of the process.

• No refund will be issued for sessions rendered ineffective, paused, or discontinued due to false or withheld information.

9. Changes to This Policy

Tribu Space reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
